It all started with an egg.
I have loved eggs for as long as I can remember. Crack one open and you have breakfast in your hands: a golden yolk, a little butter, a hot pan and a few quiet minutes before the day begins.
Scrambled soft, fried crisp at the edges, folded into something warm or boiled just right, every egg tells a small story. I opened Adams Egg Shop to share that feeling, so everyone who walks in leaves fed, happy and ready for the day.
